ARTICLE I β PARTIES AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Section 1.1 β Agreement
These Terms and Conditions of Service (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding contract between 307 Maid, a Wyoming-based cleaning service (hereinafter “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the individual or entity purchasing cleaning services (hereinafter “Customer,” “Client,” “you,” or “your”).
Section 1.2 β Acceptance
BY ENGAGING OUR SERVICES, ACCESSING OUR WEBSITE, BOOKING SERVICES THROUGH ANY PLATFORM, MAKING PAYMENT, OR ACCEPTING SERVICES FROM COMPANY, CUSTOMER EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGES HAVING READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN. If Customer does not agree to these terms, Customer must not book or accept services.
Section 1.3 β Capacity to Contract
Customer represents and warrants that: (a) Customer is at least eighteen (18) years of age; (b) Customer possesses the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts; (c) all registration information provided is accurate, current, and complete; and (d) Customer is authorized to engage services on behalf of any entity Customer represents.

ARTICLE II β SCOPE OF SERVICES
Section 2.1 β Service Description
Company provides residential and commercial cleaning services (hereinafter “Services”) at premises designated by Customer (hereinafter “Premises”).
Section 2.2 β Service Limitations
Company SHALL NOT provide the following services:
- Cleaning of unfinished basements or attics
- Chandelier detailing or cleaning of high-value light fixtures
- Animal or human waste removal beyond normal bathroom cleaning
- Biohazard cleanup including mold, sewage, or contamination
- Pressure washing or exterior window cleaning
- Any work requiring more than a standard two-step ladder or exceeding six (6) feet in height
- Pest infestation removal or cleaning
- Hoarding situations or junk removal
- Heavy furniture moving (items exceeding twenty (20) pounds)
- Cleaning of areas contaminated with bodily fluids outside normal bathroom use
- Carpet shampooing or specialized floor treatments unless specifically contracted
- Handling of hazardous materials
Section 2.3 β Service Standards
(a) Services shall be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with residential cleaning industry standards. (b) Company does not guarantee perfection, removal of permanent stains, or restoration of damage. (c) “Clean” is defined as removal of visible surface dirt and dust using standard cleaning methods.
ARTICLE III β PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS
Section 3.1 β Pricing Structure
(a) Prices are determined based on frequency of service, size of Premises, condition, and services requested. (b) Company reserves the right to adjust pricing based on actual conditions found at Premises.
Section 3.2 β Payment Terms
(a) Payment is due upon completion of Services and will be charged to the payment card on file. (b) Accepted payment methods include credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and debit cards. (c) Cash payments are not accepted. (d) Company will place a temporary hold on payment cards prior to service.
Section 3.3 β Late Payment
(a) Payments not received within ten (10) days of invoice date shall incur a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by Wyoming law. (b) Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services for non-payment.
Section 3.4 β Price Adjustments
Company reserves the right to adjust quoted prices if: (i) Actual Premises conditions differ from description provided; (ii) Square footage is greater than represented; (iii) Additional services are requested; (iv) Undisclosed pets, smoking, or hazardous conditions are discovered; (v) Premises require more than standard cleaning.
Section 3.5 β Payment Authorization
By providing payment card information, Customer authorizes Company to charge all fees due under this Agreement. Customer agrees not to dispute credit card charges for services actually rendered without first attempting resolution directly with Company.
ARTICLE IV β SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION
Section 4.1 β Scheduling
(a) Service times are subject to an arrival window of two (2) hours. (b) Company will use reasonable efforts to maintain consistent service teams but does not guarantee specific personnel. (c) You’ll receive a 15-minute heads-up text when we’re on our way.
Section 4.2 β Cancellation by Customer
(a) Cancellations or changes must be made at least forty-eight (48) hours before scheduled service to avoid fees. (b) Late cancellation or change fee: $79.00. (c) No-show situations where Customer is not present or Company cannot access Premises will be charged 100% of scheduled service price. (d) Cancellation must be made via email to [email protected], by text to (307) 316-7009, or through your customer portal.
Section 4.3 β Rescheduling
(a) Rescheduling requests made more than forty-eight (48) hours in advance incur no fee. (b) Services rescheduled with less than forty-eight (48) hours notice are subject to the $79 fee.
Section 4.4 β Cancellation by Company
Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse service for: (a) Unsafe or hazardous conditions; (b) Aggressive or threatening behavior; (c) Non-payment of previous services; (d) Violation of this Agreement.
ARTICLE V β INSURANCE AND LIABILITY
Section 5.1 β Insurance Coverage
(a)Β COMPANYβS TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR $500.00, WHICHEVER IS LESS.Β (b)Β IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, OR ANY OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY AND WHETHER COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. (c) Company is not liable for damage to items valued over $500 unless specifically declared in writing prior to service with photographic documentation. (d) These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by Wyoming law.

(a) ALL damage claims must be reported in writing within twenty-four (24) hours of service completion to [email protected]. (b) Customer must provide photographic evidence of alleged damage. (c) Failure to report within 24 hours constitutes waiver of all claims related to that service.
Section 5.4 β Exclusions from Liability
Company shall NOT be liable for: (a) Pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear; (b) Loss of cash, jewelry, or valuables over $500 unless declared in writing; (c) Acts of God or force majeure; (d) Damage to improperly sealed surfaces; (e) Allergic reactions to standard cleaning products unless disclosed in writing prior to service.
ARTICLE VI β INDEMNIFICATION
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Company from any claims arising from: (a) Customer’s breach of this Agreement; (b) Customer’s negligence; (c) Conditions at Premises not disclosed; (d) Injury caused by Customer’s pets.
ARTICLE VII β ACCESS AND SECURITY
Section 7.1 β Access Requirements
(a) Customer shall provide safe access to Premises at scheduled service times. (b) Customer is responsible for providing keys, access codes, or other means of entry. (c) Customer shall disarm security systems or provide necessary codes.
Section 7.2 β Premises Conditions
Customer warrants that: (a) Premises are safe for service; (b) All hazardous conditions have been disclosed; (c) Utilities (water, electricity) are available; (d) Pets are secured or Company has been notified.
Section 7.3 β Valuable Items
Customer is solely responsible for securing cash, jewelry, and valuable items. Company is not responsible for items left unsecured.
ARTICLE VIII β EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
Section 8.1 β Non-Solicitation
Customer agrees not to solicit or hire any Company employee or contractor for private cleaning services outside of Company for eighteen (18) months after last service. Violation will result in liquidated damages of $2,500.00 per individual solicited.
Section 8.2 β Employee Conduct
Company employees are instructed to maintain professional conduct at all times. Customer shall not request employees to perform services outside scope of this Agreement.
ARTICLE IX β CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY
Section 9.1 β Confidential Information
Customer information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law. Company may take photographs for quality assurance and documentation purposes.
Section 9.2 β Marketing Use
Company reserves the right to use before/after photographs for marketing purposes, provided Customer’s personal information is not disclosed. Customer may opt out by written notice.
ARTICLE X β DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Section 10.1 β Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be filed exclusively in Laramie County, Wyoming.
Section 10.2 β Mandatory Arbitration
ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION IN CHEYENNE, WYOMING. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.
Section 10.3 β Class Action Waiver
CUSTOMER WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO BRING CLAIMS ON A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE BASIS.
Section 10.4 β Small Claims Exception
Either party may bring claims in small claims court if within jurisdictional limits.
Section 10.5 β Attorney Fees
The substantially prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
Section 10.6 β Limitation Period for Claims
Any claim must be brought within six (6) months after the cause of action accrues or it shall be forever barred.
ARTICLE XI β SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Section 11.1 β Service Warranty
(a) Company warrants Services will be performed in a professional manner. (b) Re-clean requests must be made within twenty-four (24) hours of service completion. (c) Company will re-clean reported areas at no additional charge within seven (7) days. (d) If Customer is still not satisfied after re-clean, Company will issue a full refund.
Section 11.2 β Disclaimer of Warranties
ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY WYOMING LAW.
ARTICLE XII β TERMINATION
Section 12.1 β Termination by Either Party
Either party may terminate this Agreement: (a) Immediately upon written notice for material breach; (b) For recurring services, with forty-eight (48) hours written notice.
Section 12.2 β Effect of Termination
Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due. Provisions relating to payment, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.
ARTICLE XIII β FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, pandemic, or government actions.
ARTICLE XIV β MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
Section 14.1 β Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between parties and supersedes all prior agreements.
Section 14.2 β Severability
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Section 14.3 β Waiver
No waiver of any provision shall be effective unless in writing.
Section 14.4 β Assignment
Customer may not assign this Agreement without Company’s written consent.
Section 14.5 β Notices
All notices shall be sent to [email protected] or to addresses provided at booking.
ARTICLE XV β RECURRING SERVICE TERMS
(a) Recurring service rates are contingent upon maintaining agreed frequency. (b) Minimum commitment: Customers receiving recurring service discounts must complete at least four (4) consecutive services. (c) Early termination: If Customer cancels before completing four (4) services, the difference between discounted recurring rate and standard one-time rate will be charged for all completed services.
