- Mold, biohazards, or hazardous materials
- Pest infestations, waste, or droppings
Exterior & Heavy Work
- Pressure washing, exterior windows, or gutters
- Moving heavy furniture or large items
- High ladder work (team safety first)
Special Situations
- Hoarding situations
- Wet wiping light bulbs (risk of breakage)
A few notes:
- We’ll wash your dishes but won’t put them away (so we don’t stack them wrong)
- We’ll take trash to your bin but won’t haul it away
