- Share access — unlock doors or provide a code (add during booking)
- Note preferences — special instructions or product requests? Tell us beforehand.
Our cleaning pros reserve the right to reassess the scope of the job if they feel your home needs significantly more work than what was booked. We’ll let you know.
If anything changes with your bookingJust give us 48 hours notice if anything major changes. We just want to make sure we have the right team, time, and supplies to do the job right. No surprises, no shortcuts.
